How Long Do You Have to Request an Exchange? Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to consider.

Eligibility for Exchange

To ensure a successful exchange, please make sure:

✅ The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

✅ It is returned in its original packaging.

✅ For GST Un register party (URD) - You provide a receipt or proof of purchase, For GST register party – need to provide proper documents as per GST norms. First request needs to give through e mail or WhatsApp, after the team guidelines and acceptance you have to send the goods.

Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

We’re unable to process an exchange if:

❌ The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

❌ It has been more than 7 days since the date of receipt of goods.
